 English 		In Panther you take on the role of a pilot flying a rescue craft to save the last survivors of an attacked colony – while aliens strike, your mission is to bring people to safety. You control your aircraft with adjustable altitude, where speed and handling depend heavily on how high you fly. Enemies appear in waves, constantly forcing you to choose between evasion or combat. At the same time, you must land to pick up survivors, leaving you vulnerable. Your ship can only withstand a few hits, and later additional threats like missile systems make your task even harder. Each mission becomes a tense balance between rescue and destruction – and only skillful play allows you to save as many people as possible and achieve a high score.

 German 		In Panther kämpfst du als Pilot eines Rettungsflugzeugs ums Überleben einer bedrohten Kolonie – während Aliens angreifen, ist es deine Aufgabe, die letzten Menschen in Sicherheit zu bringen. Du steuerst dein Fluggerät mit variabler Flughöhe, wobei Geschwindigkeit und Kontrolle stark davon abhängen, wie hoch du fliegst. Gegner tauchen in Wellen auf und zwingen dich ständig zur Entscheidung: ausweichen oder zurückschlagen. Gleichzeitig musst du landen, um Überlebende aufzunehmen, was dich besonders verwundbar macht. Dein Schiff hält nur wenige Treffer aus, und später erschweren zusätzliche Gefahren wie Raketenabwehrsysteme deine Mission. Jeder Einsatz wird zur riskanten Gratwanderung zwischen Rettung und Zerstörung – und nur wer geschickt agiert, kann möglichst viele Menschen retten und seinen Punktestand steigern.
