 French 		Le jeu permet aux joueurs de vivre 5 jours dans la vie de 8 personnages différents (un policier Keima Amemiya, un acteur Jintaro Umabe, un membre de gang Masami Ushio, sans profession la seule femme du jeu Yoshiko Hosoi, un étudiant Masashi Shinoda, un déserteur Ryuji Takamine, un écrivain Fumiyasu Ichikawa et un lycéen Yohei Tobisawa), chacun d'entre eux étant préoccupé par ses propres problèmes. À tout moment du jeu, vous pouvez passer d'un personnage à l'autre, mais lorsque vous le faites, la journée ou l'heure de la journée de l'autre personnage correspond à celle que vous êtes en train de vivre. Vous contrôlez les personnages en prenant des décisions pour eux. Dans de nombreux cas, de mauvaises décisions conduisent à une mauvaise fin. L'histoire est présentée sous forme de texte (sans voix) et de plans fixes d'acteurs et de lieux, avec parfois de courtes séquences animées.

Synopsis
 English 		The game is to let the players experience 5 days in the lives of 8 different characters (a policeman Keima Amemiya, an actor Jintaro Umabe, a gang member Masami Ushio, without profession only female in the game Yoshiko Hosoi, a student Masashi Shinoda, a deserter Ryuji Takamine, a writer Fumiyasu Ichikawa and a high-school boy Yohei Tobisawa), each one preoccupied with his (or her) own problems. Their paths might cross without them realizing it. At any point in the game, you can switch between characters, but when you do so, the day or the time of the day of the other character corresponds to the one you are currently having. You control the characters by making decisions for them. In many cases, there are wrong decisions which lead to a bad ending. The story is presented through text (without voices) and still shots of live actors and locations, with occasional short animated sequences.

 English 		In a future Earth that has fallen victim to a chain of ecological disasters, humanity has plunged into a new world war for resource control. A human faction called the Resistance is at war against the totalitarian Ghorkovs, the fanatic Taerkastens and the insidious Black Sect splinter faction. The conflict is joined by the Mykonian and Sulgogar alien races, who also crave for the Earth's resources. The game focuses on the Resistance campaign for control over the European and North African territories.
