Anglais Sonic the Hedgehog Megamix (commonly shortened to Sonic Megamix) is a work-in-progress multiperson disassembly modification of the original Sonic the Hedgehog videogame for the Sega Mega Drive / Genesis, developed by Team Megamix and more recently moved to the Sega Mega-CD. The game features the ability to play as one of five different characters: Sonic the Hedgehog, Mighty the Armadillo, Shadow the Hedgehog, Miles "Tails" Prower, and Knuckles the Echidna. It is an extensive reworking of the original game, featuring new art, music, abilities, layouts, and other things.

O jogo apresenta a capacidade de jogar com um entre cinco personagens diferentes: Sonic the Hedgehog, Mighty the Armadillo, Shadow the Hedgehog, Miles "Tails" Prower e Knuckles the Echidna. É uma extensa reformulação do jogo original, com nova arte, música, habilidades, layouts, e outras coisas.
Este Sonic hack é notável por ser o primeiro e único a ser lançado em cartucho (por piratas).
O jogo foi colocado em cartuchos e vendido por piratas, sem a permissão de seus criadores originais. Foi lançado nos mercados russos (a contracapa tem texto em russo) tanto para o Mega Drive quanto para o Mega Drive Portable. A versão que foi pirateada foi a versão v3.0, a última versão do hack no Mega Drive antes da Team Megamix mudar o projeto para o Sega CD.

Team Megamix originalmente criou o jogo sem fins lucrativos, e mais tarde descobriu sobre seu lançamento pirata. No entanto, eles não podem fazer nada quanto a isso, pois o jogo é um trabalho de fã e usa o Sonic the Hedgehog sem a permissão da SEGA.
