Allemand Zoid ist ein Shooter, in dem du mit einem plektrumförmigen Raumschiff gegen feindliche Zoids kämpfst. Auf jedem Level, das komplett auf dem Bildschirm dargestellt wird, erscheinen die Zoids zunächst als Punkte, die sich in andere Formen verwandeln. Je länger sie im Spiel sind, desto mehr Treffer benötigen sie, um zerstört zu werden. Dein Schiff kann sich in mehrere Richtungen bewegen, doch deine Waffe feuert ausschließlich nach rechts. Jeder Schuss kostet Energie, die du durch das Einsammeln von auftauchenden Energiepaketen in Form kleiner Astronauten wieder auffüllen kannst. Berührst du einen Zoid, verlierst du eines deiner drei Leben. Ziel ist es, alle Gegner zu eliminieren und die Level zu meistern.

Anglais Zoid is a shooter where you pilot a plectrum-shaped spaceship to battle enemy Zoids. Each level is displayed on a single screen, with Zoids appearing first as dots before transforming into other shapes. The longer they remain, the more hits are required to destroy them. Your ship can move in multiple directions, but its laser only fires to the right. Shooting consumes energy, which can be replenished by collecting spacemen-shaped energy packets. Touching a Zoid results in instant death and costs one of your three lives. The objective is to clear each level by destroying all enemies.

Espagnol El juego es un shooter con niveles que ocupan toda la pantalla. La idea es destruir a todos los Zoids que aparecen con tu nave con forma de púa y su láser. Los Zoids toman la forma de puntos que cambian a otras formas, y dependiendo del tiempo que lleven en pantalla, requieren una cierta cantidad de impactos. Puedes mover tu nave en múltiples direcciones, pero solo puedes apuntar y disparar hacia la derecha. Tienes un nivel de energía que disminuye al disparar tu láser, pero aparecen paquetes de energía con forma de astronautas que puedes recolectar para aumentar tu energía. Si tocas un Zoid, mueres y pierdes una de tres vidas. Se usa un joystick para controlar tu nave.
