Existem 24 carros licenciados, 10 dos quais são muscle cars. Os 8 modos de jogo incluem: Drift Attack, Nitrous Run, Drag Race, Car Spec, Lap Knockout, Circuit e um novo para PSP - Rally Relay. Os 10 circuitos de corrida apresentam layouts de pista exclusivos para esta versão. Você pode ajustar e personalizar seus carros como os outros jogos da série Underground e pode ter uma garagem de bolso para exibi-los.

Se você decidir entrar em confronto direto via Wi-Fi, fique de olho porque seu oponente pode ter seu carro se vencer. Faça com que até 4 pessoas joguem juntas via Wi-Fi também.
