Allemand Das vierte Onechanbara-Spiel, Zombie Hunters 2, ist eine verbesserte Version von The Onechanbara 2, genau wie Zombie Hunters eine verbesserte Version von Zombie Zone war. Zombie Hunters 2 setzt den Spielstil der Serie in Anlehnung an Capcoms Devil May Cry oder Koeis Dynasty Warriors fort. Diesmal wird Aya von ihrer Schwester Saki und der mysteriösen Reiko begleitet, die die Ursache für einen zweiten Zombie-Ausbruch finden müssen. Unter Beibehaltung des „Cool Combo“-Systems und der Wut- und Blutanzeigen aus dem ersten Spiel fügte The Oneechanbara 2 charakterspezifische Bewegungen wie Ayas Messerwürfe sowie schlauere und intelligentere Feinde hinzu. Neue Möglichkeiten, Feinde zu besiegen. Außerdem wurde ein System eingeführt, das es dem Spieler ermöglicht, zwei Charaktere auszuwählen und jederzeit zwischen ihnen zu wechseln.
Neben dem Story-Modus enthielt das Spiel auch einen Survival-Arena-Modus und Quests. Alle diese Funktionen wurden leicht verbessert, wobei alle Story-Level unterschiedlich sind, die Überlebensarena einzigartig ist und die Quest viel abwechslungsreicher ist.

Anglais The fourth game in the Onechanbara, Zombie Hunters 2 is an upgraded version of The Oneechanbara 2 much like Zombie Hunters was an upgraded version of Zombie Zone. Zombie Hunters 2 continues the series's hack and slash style of gameplay in the vein of Capcom's Devil May Cry or Koei's Dynasty Warriors games. This time, Aya is joined by her sister, Saki, and the mysterious Reiko as they must find the cause of a second Zombie outbreak. Retaining the "Cool Combo" system and the Rage and Blood meters found in the first game, The Oneechanbara 2 added some character specific moves, such as Aya's throwing knives, as well as smarter enemies, and new way's to defeat enemies. It also introduced a tag system to the series, allowing the player to select two characters and switch between them at anytime.

Alongside the story mode, the game also featured the arena style survival mode and the quest system. All these features were improved slightly, with all the story levels being different, the survival arena's being unique, and the quest being much more varied.

Zombie Hunters 2 saw Riho and Makoto return to the Onechanbara games, as well Hana and Kiku from the D3 game Dragon Sisters, also known as Simple 2000 Series Vol. 87: The Senko (Nadesico) . Hana and Kiku could be unlocked via quests or having save data from Dragon Sisters, with Riho being available from the start and Makoto unlocking after Riho cleared the first stage. All these characters played differently too, instead of just acting as alternate costumes like in Zombie Hunters. They also had their own stories, making Zombie Hunters 2 a much fuller game than any of its predecessors.

Zombie Hunters 2 poursuit le style de jeu de la série dans la lignée des jeux Devil May Cry de Capcom ou Dynasty Warriors de Koei. Cette fois, Aya est rejointe par sa sœur, Saki, et la mystérieuse Reiko alors qu'elles doivent trouver la cause d'une deuxième épidémie de zombies. En conservant le système "Cool Combo" et les gauges de Rage et de Sang trouvés dans le premier jeu, The Oneechanbara 2 a ajouté des mouvements spécifiques aux personnages, tels que les lancer de couteaux d'Aya, ainsi que des ennemis plus intelligents et de nouvelles façons de vaincre les ennemis. Il a également introduit un système permettant au joueur de sélectionner deux personnages et de basculer entre eux à tout moment.

Outre le mode histoire, le jeu comportait également le mode arène de survie et les quêtes. Toutes ces fonctionnalités ont été légèrement améliorées, tous les niveaux de l'histoire étant différents, l'arène de survie étant unique et la quête beaucoup plus variée.
