Anglais Aside from sporting a wacky pink hairdo, Tomba! offers a long and brain twisting experience that mixes the traditional 2D side scrolling action/platformer with the elements of a role-playing game. The game starts out simple enough with the evil Koma Pigs stealing Tomba's bracelet, which was given to him by his grandfather. You assume the role of Tomba and begin your adventure. Little do you know that the quest for your bracelet will turn into so much more.

Because of its role-playing elements, in Tomba!, your character will gain experience points, develop new skills and learn new things. He has seven abilities that can be learned throughout the duration of the game. Once all three experience meters reach level ten (in order to do this, Tomba must do certain things), he will unlock and learn an ability.

Leurs sbires, les Cochons Koma, profitant de leur mainmise sur l'île, volent le bracelet de Tombi, un présent de son grand-père. A vous d'incarner l'enfant sauvage aux cheveux roses afin de l'aider à récupérer son trésor, le tout sous la forme d'un jeu mêlant habilement plateforme en 2D et système de quêtes à terminer façon RPG.

Italien Tombi è un ragazzo selvaggio dai capelli rosa. A seguito della morte di suo nonno vive nella foresta di un'immensa isola non segnata sulle carte geografiche, sorvegliando la sua tomba e tenendo intorno al polso l'unico oggetto che gli è rimasto del suo defunto parente: un bracciale dorato. Un giorno si imbatte nei terribili maiali Koma, mentre stanno assaltando un carretto: Tombi interviene per affrontarli, ma accidentalmente viene colpito in testa da un ramo e perde i sensi. Al risveglio, il ragazzo si accorge che i maiali hanno rubato il bracciale di suo nonno, e si lancia al loro inseguimento raggiungendo un anziano eremita per sapere dove si trovano.
