Anglais In Tomb Raider, you assume the role of a beautiful archaeologist, Lara Croft. She is a thrill seeker and is willing to do almost anything that puts her life in danger -- she enjoys it. Naturally, Lara jumped all over the opportunity to recover the powerful Scion, an ancient relic scattered throughout the caverns and temples of the world.
Played from a 3rd person 3D perspective, her adventure spans over 15 levels set in 4 distinct worlds and environments. As Lara, you'll have to solve ancient riddles in the Egyptian Pyramids, discover the Lost City of Atlantis and traverse through Ancient Rome all while looking for the artifact. Each level is laced with traps and hazards that require you to flip, swim and climb your way to safety and success.

Espagnol Tomb Raider es un videojuego de aventura de acción y plataformas, uno de los primeros en 3D aparecidos para la generación de 32 bits, desarrollado por Core Design y distribuido por Eidos Interactive. Es el primer juego de la serie Tomb Raider y narra las aventuras de Lara Croft, una arqueóloga británica en busca de tesoros y reliquias del mundo antiguo al más puro estilo de Indiana Jones. Tomb Raider salió a la venta en noviembre de 1996 para Sega Saturn, y fue adaptado poco después para PC CD-ROM y PlayStation.

La historia empieza con la detonación nuclear de un artefacto no identificado en Los Álamos, Nuevo México. De la explosión se desprendió una pieza del artefacto dividiéndose en tres partes. En Calcuta, capital del estado indio de Bengala Occidental, un desconocido llamado Larson, desde su suite en el Hotel Imperial, envía un mensaje para concertar una cita con la célebre arqueóloga británica Lara Croft.

Jacqueline Natla, Presidenta de una Natla Tecnologies, se entrevista con Lara para ofrecerle la oportunidad de recuperar un antiguo artefacto llamado el Scion, Lara acepta el trabajo. Su primera misión comienza en Perú. Lara se adentra en la mítica "Ciudad de Vilcabamba", una antigua ciudad Inca, para encontrar la primera pieza del Scion, localizada en la tumba de Qualopec; un Dios del continente perdido, La Atlántida, cuya tumba se encuentra en la misma ciudad.
