Allemand Das Spiel findet während des Ersten Weltkriegs statt. Wähle einen der fünf verbündeten Kampfpiloten, um gegen die Mittelmächte zu kämpfen. Das Spiel besteht aus 20 Missionen, wobei die letzte mit einem Kampf zwischen dem Spieler und "The Red Baron" endet.

Missionen sind im Grunde genommen die gleichen wie in seinem Vorgänger Wings. Es gibt Bombenmissionen, bei denen man Ziele ausschalten muss, die in einem Luftbild eingekreist waren, Strafing-Läufe, bei denen man alles, was man sich vorstellen kann, mit unbegrenzter Munition sprengen kann, und natürlich den Hauptteil: Luftkämpfe am Himmel.

Wenn eine Mission erfolgreich abgeschlossen ist, kann der Spieler den erfolgreichen Piloten in vier Fertigkeitskategorien verbessern: Fliegen, Schießen, Mechanik und Ausdauer. Eine fehlgeschlagene Mission kann entweder zu einer unehrenhaften Entlassung oder zum Tod des Piloten führen.

Anglais The game takes place during World War 1. Choose one of the five allied fighter pilots to do battle against the Central Powers. The game consists of 20 missions with the final one culminating with a battle between the player and "The Red Baron".

Missions are basically the same as in its' predecessor Wings. There are bombing missions where you have to take out targets that were circled in an aerial photograph, strafing runs where you get to blast anything that you fancy blasting with an unlimited supply of ammo, and of course the main part: dogfights in the sky.

If a mission is completed successfully, the player can power up the successful pilot in four skill categories: flying, shooting, mechanics, and stamina. A failed mission can lead to either a dishonorable discharge or death for the pilot.

As missões são basicamente as mesmas de seu antecessor Wings. Existem missões de bombardeio em que você tem que eliminar alvos que foram circulados em uma fotografia aérea, bombardeios onde você pode explodir qualquer coisa que você queira explodir com um suprimento ilimitado de munição e, claro, a parte principal: combates no céu.

Se uma missão for concluída com sucesso, o jogador pode aumentar o poder do piloto de sucesso em quatro categorias de habilidade: vôo, tiro, mecânica e resistência. Uma missão fracassada pode levar a uma dispensa desonrosa ou à morte do piloto.
