Portugais Um dia, após a derrota do Dr. Robotnik nas mãos de Sonic, Robotnik decidiu reconstruir o Eggrobo para viajar para Mobius em busca das Chaos Emeralds. Eggrobo sequestrou Tails em Mystic Ruins, enviando-o para Metallic Madness, mas, felizmente, Tails escapou. Ele decidiu entrar no laboratório de Robotnik e pegar as partes de seus robôs e peças. Tails mais tarde foi para sua casa em Mystic Ruins e criou um novo robô, baseado no modelo clássico do Metal Sonic, Codinome: METAL, com a capacidade de sentir e se comportar quase exatamente como Sonic.
