Anglais This game can be played in two modes, either as Dr. Alan Grant or as a Velociraptor. Playing as each provides the user with an alternative story and level design. The climax of the game mirrored the unused climax of the film, in which Grant must defeat a pair of Velociraptors by causing the Tyrannosaurus rex skeleton in the Visitors Center to collapse on top of them. Grant himself is the final boss in the same location for the raptor storyline: your dinosaur character must cause the bone structure to collapse via specifically placed kicks to cause Grant to flee. A sequel was released using a new game engine and new artwork (with some of the original art as well), entitled Jurassic Park: Rampage Edition. In it, Grant's helicopter (that he just escaped on in the first game) crashes. Now he must deal not only with dinosaurs, but InGen as well. A new raptor must also make it off the island.

Italien Questo gioco può essere giocato in due modalità, come Dr. Alan Grant o come Velociraptor. Giocare nei panni di ognuno fornisce all'utente una storia e un level design alternativi. Il culmine del gioco rispecchiava il climax inutilizzato del film, in cui Grant deve sconfiggere un paio di Velociraptor facendo crollare lo scheletro del Tyrannosaurus rex nel Centro visitatori su di loro. Lo stesso Grant è il boss finale nella stessa posizione della trama del rapace: il tuo personaggio dinosauro deve far collassare la struttura ossea tramite calci appositamente posizionati per far fuggire Grant. Un sequel è stato rilasciato utilizzando un nuovo motore di gioco e una nuova grafica (con anche alcune delle illustrazioni originali), intitolata Jurassic Park: Rampage Edition. In esso, l'elicottero di Grant (su cui è appena scappato nel primo gioco) si schianta. Ora deve occuparsi non solo dei dinosauri, ma anche di InGen. Anche un nuovo rapace deve fuggire dall'isola.

Portugais O jogo para megadrive baseado no filme/livro Jurassic Park difere dos jogos feitos pela Ocean para outras plataformas. Basicamente, o Jurassic Park da Sega é um jogo de ação de rolagem lateral. Você pula de plataforma em plataforma, pega armas e itens de saúde e tenta chegar ao final do nível com todas as suas vidas intactas. Esta versão do Jurassic Park apresenta uma reviravolta interessante, no entanto. Você pode joga-lo como Dr. Grant ou como Velociraptor. A história e o design do nível são alterados com base em qual personagem você usa.
