Anglais Dark Forces have attacked the land of Aritia. You're controlling some of the members of the Aritan's forces that escaped from their country and came on the island of Tamis for safety. Unfortunately, a group of pirates is invading the Tamis, and it's up to you to control the island again.

Fire Emblem is a strategy game where you have to move your units on a map. You can control the blue units while the red ones are enemies. You have to attack enemies from various ranges, in function of the weapon you're using. Usually, you have to be one or two squares next to the enemy. When a battle is set, you see both characters; allies in blue on the right and the opponent in red on the left with a detailed animation. The enemy will counterattack if he can, and either you or the enemy may also do one more hit to close the battle. When you've finished, it's the computer's turn and it will do the same with its units. Once the HP (Health Points) of any unit reaches 0, they are definitely out of battle and can't return again, whether it's an enemy or an ally.

Espagnol Oscuras fuerzas han atacado la tierra de Aritia. Estás al mando de algunos de los miembros de las fuerzas armadas Aritanas que escaparon del pais y huyeron a la isla de Tamis por seguridad. Desafortunadamente un grupo de piratas está invadiendo Tamis y está en tus manos controlar la isla de nuevo. Fire Emblem es un juego de estrategia donde tienes que mover tus unidades en un mapa.puedes controlar las unidades azules mientras que las rojas son el enemigo. Tienes que atacar enemigos desde varios rangos, en función del arna usada. Normalmente deberás de estar a uno o dos cuadrados de distancia del enemigo. Cuando se establece una batalla verás a ambos personajes, aliados en azul a la derecha y el oponente en rojo a la izquierda dentro de una detallada animación. El enemigo contraatacar si puede, y o bien tu o el enemigo puede dar un golpe más para cerrar la batalla. Al terminar, comienza el turno del ordenador y hará lo mismo con sus unidades.

Français Fire Emblem : Ankoku Ryû to Hikari no Tsurugi est un jeu de rôle tactique sur Wii (Console Virtuelle), premier volet de la série des Fire Emblem. Vous incarnez le prince Marth, contraint à l'exil lorsque son pays est envahi par les armées de Doluna. Il trouve refuge dans la contrée de Talis où réside la princesse Sheeda avec laquelle il part en quête pour trouver le Fire Emblem qui lui permettra de brandir l'épée sacrée Falchion capable de terrasser les dragons.
