Anglais Dragon Ball Z: Legendary Super Warriors is a mixture of a card game and a turn-based fighting game for the Game Boy Color. The game is played with original in-game cards for attacks, techniques and support items and initially has only two modes trade and story. Legendary Super Warriors’ story spans from the Saiyan saga to the end of the Buu Saga. Once beaten, a battle mode is unlocked, allowing players to square off with random enemies. Once the game is beaten, any character is usable in any battle, such as Frieza vs. Cell.

Français Dragon Ball Z : Les Guerriers Légendaires sur Game Boy Color est un jeu de combat/réflexion situé dans l'univers du manga. Le titre s'étend de l'arrivée de Radditz sur Terre jusqu'à l'entraînement de Gohan par Piccolo et se joue grâce à un système de cartes. Les combats se déroulent en deux temps : une phase d'attaque et une de défense durant lesquelles il faut placer vos cartes efficacement pour remporter le duel.

Italien Dragon Ball Z: I leggendari super guerrieri è un gioco di combattimento a turni, basato sulla storia di Dragon Ball Z, distribuito per il Game Boy Color. È basato su duelli, che possono andare da 1 VS 1 a 2 VS 2. Nei duelli a ciascun giocatore è dato un mazzo di carte. Il mazzo di carte è costruito dallo stesso giocatore man mano che prosegue nella storia. Le carte si suddividono in: abilità speciali, attacco e oggetti di supporto. Le modalità di gioco sono quattro: avventura, scambio, multigiocatore e battaglia.
