Aber Onkel Dagobert wurde von einem Anhänger verflucht, den er während seines Abenteuers gefunden hat, und schwebt nun wie ein Ballon in der Luft! Er gibt Donald sein Abenteurertagebuch und bittet ihn, seine Schritte zurückzuverfolgen und den Anhänger an seinen rechtmäßigen Platz zurückzubringen - nur so kann Dagobert wieder normal werden.

Deep Duck Trouble ist ein Plattformspiel, in dem Sie als Donald Duck spielen. Sie müssen sich Ihren Weg durch vier verschiedene Bereiche der Insel bahnen - den Dschungel, eine Bucht, einen Vulkan und ein Tal - und am Ende jedes Bereichs Bosse besiegen. Donald kann Feinde besiegen, indem er auf ihre Köpfe springt. Er kann sie auch besiegen, indem er gegen Ziegelsteine tritt, die dann seine Gegner treffen können. Donalds Markenzeichen, das Temperament, kommt auch ins Spiel: Wenn er eine Chilischote isst, wird er wütend und pflügt durch alles, was ihm im Weg steht, seien es Ziegelsteine oder Feinde!

Anglais Donald meets Hewey, Dewey and Louie, back from their latest adventure with Uncle Scrooge. But Uncle Scrooge has been cursed by a pendant he found while adventuring, and is now floating in the air like a balloon! He gives Donald his adventurer's diary and asks Donald to retrace his steps and return the pendant to its rightful place - this is the only thing that will return Scrooge to normal.

Deep Duck Trouble is a platform game where you play as Donald Duck. You must make your way through four different areas of the island - the jungle, an inlet, a volcano, and a valley - and defeat bosses at the end of each area. Donald can defeat enemies by jumping on their heads. He can also defeat them by kicking bricks which will may then hit his enemies. Donald's trademark temper also comes into play: if he eats a chili pepper, he will become furious and plough through anything in his way, whether it be bricks or enemies!

(Naturalmente, Paperino ha sempre sostenuto che zio Paperone era comunque un pallone gonfiato). Per togliere la maledizione a zio Paperone, Paperino deve riportare la collana sull'isola. L'impresa non è tuttavia priva di rischi, perché non gli date una mano?

Portugais O Tio Patinhas é o cara mais preocupado do mundo em ganhar dinheiro. Ele ouviu falar da lenda que dizia que, numa misteriosa ilha, havia um colar que lhe traria tanta sorte quanto a moedinha n° 1.
Se fosse verdade, sua enorme fortuna duplicaria. Sem pestanejar, ele partiu para a tal ilha, achou o colar e, ao voltar, começou a a se sentir muito leve. Sabendo da volta de seu tio, Donald foi fazer uma visita surpresa e encontrou-o inflado como um balão, prensado no teto.
"Socorro Donald, eu lhe darei 15 centavos se você voltar à tal ilha e puser o colar de volta ao local de origem. Só assim poderei me livrar da maldição!" A quantia não era grande coisa, mas de qualquer jeito Donald não poderia negar este pedido do Tio Patinhas.
O pato mais azarado do mundo terá que passar pela floresta, pelo vulcão, pelas cavernas de gelo e muito mais antes de se livrar do colar. Boa sorte em sua aventura, Donald! Ela será tão cheia de perigos que talvez fosse melhor ter mandado o colar pelo correio.
