Es ist der erste Teil der Goku-RPG-Serie und das erste Dragon Ball-Spiel für den Game Boy. Trotz des Titels beginnt Goku Hishoden am Ende von Dragon Ball mit Gokus Kampf mit Piccolo im 23. World Martial Arts Tournament und endet mit dem Kampf gegen Vegeta in der Saiyajin-Saga von Dragon Ball Z (ähnlich dem Videospiel Dragon Ball Z aus dem Jahr 2009). : Angriff der Saiyajins). Anglais Dragon Ball Z: Goku Hishoden is a role playing video game released for Game Boy on November 25, 1994, in Japan. It is the first installment in the Goku RPG series and the first Dragon Ball game for the Game Boy. Despite the title, Goku Hishoden starts out during the end of Dragon Ball with Goku's fight with Piccolo at the 23rd World Martial Arts Tournament and ends with the battle against Vegeta in the Saiyan Saga of Dragon Ball Z (similar to the 2009 video game Dragon Ball Z: Attack of the Saiyans).

The game is also compatible with the Super Game Boy. Its sequel is Dragon Ball Z: Goku Gekitoden.


Game Modes:

Story – Goes from the 23rd World Martial Arts Tournament and to the battle against Vegeta in the Saiyan Saga.

World Martial Arts Tournament – A tournament mode with eight fighters.

Play – A mode only available via the Super Game Boy, and that allows to play with Goku and other characters.

Training – Training exercises.

Français Dragon Ball Z: Goku Hishouden est un RPG sorti le 25 Novembre 1994, au Japon. Il est le premier RPG à sortir sur cette console.
Malgré son nom, le jeu commence avec le 23ème Tenkai Ichi Budokai via la finale avec Piccolo. Le jeu se termine avec le féroce combat qui oppose Son Gokû à Vegeta,. L'histoire est assez similaire à Dragon Ball Z Attack of the Saiyans sorti sur DS.

Le jeu se déroule tour par tour et les interactions sont assez nombreuses pour vaincre son adversaire.
