Allemand Chack'n Pop ist ein Plattformspiel, bei dem eine rundliche gelbe Kreatur namens Chack'n gegen Monster und Mightas kämpfen muss, um Herzen zurückzuerobern, die während einer romantischen Begegnung mit Miss Chack'n gestohlen wurden.
nnDie Monster in Chack'n Pop selbst schlüpfen aus an der Decke hängenden Eiern und die Mightas schieben einen Stein, der als Timer des Spiels dient. Die Monster-Eier haben drei Phasen: Wenn es blau ist, ist es völlig harmlos, wenn es gelb ist, wird es innerhalb von 10 Sekunden knallen und wenn ein Ei rot wird, wird es fast sofort knallen. Also pass auf in Chack'n Pop.

Anglais Chack'n Pop is an arcade game developed by Taito which was subsequently ported to the SG-1000 in 1985. It follows a yellow creature named Chack'n who must traverse across several mazes blowing up monsters.

The SG-1000 version of the game includes extra cutscenes and a training level not seen in the arcade version.

Though Chack'n Pop was not a particularly successful game for Taito, it would go on to inspire the success of Bubble Bobble, which shares many of the same characters and devotes a stage to Chack'n Pop. Chack'n has also cameoed in numerous Taito games since, including Bubble Bobble, Fairyland Story, Parasol Stars, Puzzle Bobble (and sequels), Bubble Symphony, Bubble Memories and Arkanoid DS.

Curiously this SG-1000 version uses the katakana script for writing Chack'n Pop as opposed to the hiragana script used in almost every other version.

Portugais Chack'n Pop é considerado um antecessor de Bubble Bobble. É um jogo de plataforma onde uma criatura amarela arredondada, chamada Chack'n, deve lutar contra Monstas e Mightas para recuperar corações que foram roubados durante um encontro romântico com a Srta. Chack'n.

Os próprios Monstas nascem de ovos pendurados no teto e os Mightas empurram uma pedra que é usada como o cronômetro do jogo. Os ovos de Monsta têm três fases: se é azul, é completamente inofensivo, se estiver amarelo, irá aparecer dentro de 10 segundos e se um ovo ficar vermelho, ele irá aparecer quase imediatamente.

Chack'n usa bombas para explodir os Monstas e seus ovos e ele também os usa para liberar os corações capturados de suas gaiolas. Quando o coração é liberado, ele voa para cima e destrói o bloco separador e revela a saída para a fase.

Curiosamente esta versão do SG-1000 inclui cenas extras e uma fase de treinamento não visto na versão arcade.
