Français Agatha Christie : The ABC Murders sur Nintendo DS est un jeu d'aventure et d'énigmes vous permettant d'enquêter aux côtés de Hercule Poirot pour résoure de mystérieux meurtres. Vous serez amené à inspecter les scènes de crime et à interroger les suspects. De nombreux modes de jeu sont disponibles et vous pouvez garder des notes dans un carnet d'investigation pour ne pas perdre le fil de vos recherches.
Portugais O jogo mantém o enredo principal do romance, The ABC Murders , e também a identidade do assassino. No entanto, há algumas mudanças, como o número de vítimas, que agora são apenas três, já que a quarta vítima planejada (aqui um homem chamado Dick Dunbar, dono do hotel Black Swan) é salva por Poirot. No jogo, todas as vítimas são relacionadas, já que Alice Archer e Betty Bernard (junto com Cust e Dunbar) são ex-pacientes de Sir Carmichael Clarke (que é um médico no jogo). A descoberta dos arquivos de pacientes queimados por Poirot em Combeside, e a recuperação desses arquivos, permite que Poirot descubra a identidade da próxima vítima e impeça o assassinato (essa pista também dá aos jogadores uma forte dica sobre quem é o verdadeiro assassino, mesmo que não seja necessário saber para terminar o jogo).
