In der Rolle des Barbaren Ax Battler, des Zwerges Gilius Thunderhead oder der Amazone Tyris Flare bist du nun unterwegs um Rache zu üben!

Anglais This 'Prince of Darkness' has taken away the Golden Axe and put an evil curse over all the warriors. However, one of the heroes has their curse relieved and is sent to set things straight - lift curse off others, defeat the villian and return with the Golden Axe.

The gameplay has been expanded slightly, but is essentially the same hack n' slash as the previous games. New features to the series include new characters, new moves and junction points where you can choose which path to take.

Sin embargo, uno de los héroes se libra de la maldición y es enviado a restablecer el orden y librar de la maldición a los otros, derrotar al villano y volver con el Hacha de Oro.

El juego se ha ampliado ligeramente, pero sigue esencialmente el mismo patrón que los juegos anteriores. Nei panni del barbaro Kain Grinder, dell'amazzone Sarah Barn, del gigante Braoude Cragger, che sostituisce il personaggio del nano Gillius, o dell'umanoide Chronos "Evil" Lait, fino a due giocatori devono recuperare la famosa ascia d'oro del titolo, rubata dal cattivo principe dell'oscurità, tale Hellbringer.

Portugais O lendário machado do poder, o Golden Axe, foi roubado (de novo) e a terra de Yuria foi colocada em perigo (de novo). Desta vez quem roubou o machado dourado foi o ?Prince of Darkness? que, além disso, lançou uma maldição em todos os guerreiros e heróis. Alguns desses heróis, porém, conseguem escapar dessa maldição e agora possuem a missão de salvar os outros guerreiros, derrotar o vilão e retornar com o Golden Axe. Entre os novos heróis temos o gigante Proud Cragger, que fugiu de uma prisão do inimigo e aparece ainda usando correntes nos braços e pernas. Ele é lento, mas é o mais forte de todos. Temos também o interessante homem-pantera Chronos ?Evil? Lait, que é bastante ágil, mas em termos de força é o mais fraco do grupo; o bárbaro Kain Grinder, que é semelhante ao Ax Battler e a amazona Sarah Barn, que lembra a Tyris Flare.
