Allemand Newman Haas Indy Car ist, wie der Name schon sagt, ein Rennspiel, das vom gleichnamigen CART-Rennstall und dessen damaligem Spitzenfahrer, dem Engländer Nigel Mansell, unterstützt wird.

Der Spieler hat die Möglichkeit, ein einzelnes Rennen zu fahren (wobei die Trainingsoption deaktiviert ist) oder gegen 12 andere Fahrer auf 15 Strecken ( mit einer gewissen Abwechslung, nicht nur Ovalkursen) in ganz Nordamerika um die Krone zu kämpfen, wobei der Saisonauftakt in Queensland, Australia, stattfindet. Es ist möglich, alleine, mit einem Freund im Splitscreen oder im Splitscreen gegen den Computer zu spielen und ob Musik oder Motorengeräusche während des Rennens abgespielt werden.
