Anglais This is the last installment to the discontinued Konami's ISS series, the arcade-oriented brother of the PES/WE saga. In ISS 3 you can choose from Friendly mode, International Cup, Custom League, World League or Training mode, where you will take part with the best national teams. You will also count with a points system, where for every match you win you will accumulate points that later can be given away in exchange for extra moves, extra modes or stadiums. There's also a Mission mode, which is quite similar to the Scenario mode previously seen in the earlier ISS games. The game itself has many arcade components, as the possibility to execute spectacular dribblings adorned with flashes and lights or the fact that you can't usually make poor directed shots. The players will also look like their counterparts in real life.
Espagnol En International Superstar Soccer 3 puede elegir entre el modo Amistoso, la Copa Internacional, la Liga personalizada, la Liga mundial o el modo Entrenamiento, donde participará con los mejores equipos nacionales. También contará con un sistema de puntos, donde por cada partido que gane acumulará puntos que luego se pueden regalar a cambio de movimientos adicionales, modos adicionales o estadios. También hay un modo Misión, que es bastante similar al modo Escenario visto anteriormente en los juegos de ISS. El juego en sí tiene muchos componentes de arcade, como la posibilidad de ejecutar dribblings espectaculares adornados con destellos y luces o el hecho de que generalmente no se pueden hacer malos tiros dirigidos. Los jugadores también se verán como sus contrapartes en la vida real.

Italien Questa è l'ultima puntata della serie ISS fuori produzione di Konami, il fratello orientato all'arcade della saga PES/WE. In ISS 3 puoi scegliere tra le modalità Amichevole, Coppa Internazionale, Lega Personalizzata, World League o Allenamento, dove parteciperai con le migliori squadre nazionali. Conterai anche con un sistema a punti, dove per ogni partita che vinci accumulerai punti che in seguito potranno essere regalati in cambio di mosse extra, modalità extra o stadi. C'è anche una modalità Missione, che è abbastanza simile alla modalità Scenario vista in precedenza nei precedenti giochi ISS. Il gioco stesso ha molte componenti arcade, come la possibilità di eseguire dribbling spettacolari adornati con flash e luci o il fatto che di solito non puoi fare colpi diretti male. I giocatori assomiglieranno anche alle loro controparti nella vita reale.
