Players take control of the wheelchair bound assassin Harman Smith, a man who can conjure up in physical form the seven deadly personalities that exist in his mind. When a terrorist group known as Heaven's Smile threatens the safety of the United States, the government enlists Smith and his assassins to find and kill the man behind the organization.Killer 7 features extremely stylized cel-shaded graphics and over-the-top gore. Gameplay is a mix of third-person-based exploration and first-person view gun fights.

Lorsqu'un groupe terroriste connu sous le nom de Heaven's Smile menace la sécurité des États-Unis, le gouvernement fait appel à Smith et à ses assassins pour trouver et tuer l'homme derrière l'organisation.
