Anglais Gachinko Pro Yakyuu (aka Gachinko Professional Baseball): Virtual baseball boils down into a match between pitcher and batter...spread out over nine innings. Players start the game as a newly formed baseball team with the need to recruit from a crop of 670 players from professional clubs. Working on a budget, the aim is to shape a decent team and win games - with the ultimate goal of winning enough games to become highly profitable and thus buy a championship with the help of the league's best players. Updated 2003 data in the game allows fans of Japanese professional baseball to live the current season. Gachinko baseball uses a cel-shaded cartoony look to relay visuals.
