Allemand „Star Wars: Attack on the Death Star“ lässt den Spieler die finale Schlacht aus dem „Star Wars“-Film erleben, indem er ein X-Wing-Raumschiff steuert. Zunächst kämpft man gegen TIE-Fighter, dann fliegt man über die Oberfläche des Todessterns und weicht Turbolaser-Türmen aus, bevor man im finalen Lauf durch den Graben den Todesstern angreift. Das Spiel enthält digitalisierte Stimmen aus dem Film und nutzt 3D-Vektorgrafiken, die die Analyse-Sequenz des Todessterns aus der Filmszene in der Rebellenbasis originalgetreu darstellen.

Anglais Star Wars: Attack on the Death Star recreates the final battle from the "Star Wars" movie, putting the player at the controls of an X-Wing starfighter. The gameplay is similar to the popular 1983 arcade game: the first stage is a dogfight with TIE Fighters as you approach the station, second one makes you skim Death Star's surface while dodging turbolaser towers, the last one is the torpedo run down the trench.

The game features digitized voices (straight from the film) and 3D wireframe vector graphics - this makes the Death Star analysis sequence during the intro look nearly identical to original animation (created with analog computers) used in the movie (shown in the Rebel base briefing room).

Français Star Wars: Attack on the Death Star recrée la bataille finale du film un nouvel espoir, plaçant le joueur au commande d'un X-wing. Le gameplay est similaire au jeu d'arcade de 1983 : Le premier niveau est un combat spatial contre les chasseurs TIE lors de l'approche de la station, le second vous amène à la surface de l'étoile noire à esquiver les turbolasers, enfin le dernier niveau est le tir de la torpille à proton dans la tranchée. Le jeu propose des voix digitalisées (tirées du film) et des graphismes vectoriels 3D en fil de fer - cela rend la séquence de l'analyse de l'étoile noire durant l'introduction presque identique à l'animation originale (créée avec des ordinateurs analogiques) utilisée dans le film (montrée dans la salle de briefing de la base rebelle).
