Espagnol Trouble Witches AC es un juego doujin de tipo Bullet Hell. El juego permite a los jugadores, mediante magia, ralentizar las balas dentro de un área restringida y convertirlas en monedas que aumentan la puntuación al matar a los enemigos que las dispararon. El juego cuenta con 8 personajes diferentes disponibles desde el principio, con 2 desbloqueables. Sus historias son independientes, pero todos comparten los mismos niveles. La diferencia radica en cómo disparan sus proyectiles: algunos se centran en áreas más extensas en lugar de enemigos individuales, mientras que otros usan menos ataques y son más poderosos.
