Espagnol Ambientado en un viaje épico a través de distintas épocas temporales, el jugador encarna a un valiente guerrero que desafía las convenciones del género run-and-gun.

En lugar de armas de fuego, el protagonista utiliza un poderoso puñetazo que genera ondas de energía de corto alcance, obligando a los jugadores a acercarse estratégicamente a enemigos como dinosaurios, tanques de la Segunda Guerra Mundial y otras amenazas de diferentes eras. Además, cuenta con un suministro limitado de granadas para ataques a distancia, añadiendo un componente táctico al combate. Italien Sega ha fatto alcune voci più "convenzionali" dove l'up era l'unica strada da percorrere, ma Toki no Senshi - Chrono Soldier è ancora abbastanza originale, quindi perché "convenzionale" è stato messo tra virgolette. Tematicamente, è un po 'come Time Soldiers di ADK, che ti porta attraverso diverse epoche di tempo per sparare a dinosauri e carri armati WW2 e quant'altro.
