Anglais Majin Tensei is a tactical role-playing game that incorporates many elements of other Megami Tensei games into a different genre. The player must lead a party of summoned creatures to claim the victory over hostile demons who invaded a futuristic city named New Tokyo. The gameplay is round-based. The player issues commands to the party, moving around the battle field, using magic or attacking enemies physically. Battles are displayed on separate screens and proceed automatically; their outcome is determined by the parameters of the participants. The player creates the main hero by allocating available skill points and then improves his attributes manually when leveling up.
