Allemand Eines Tages taucht im Universum der selbsternannte Herrscher aus einer anderen Dimension auf, der sich selbst Terrorin nennt. Er befreite die acht gefährlichsten Bomber des Universums, bekannt als die Fiendish Bombers, aus ihren Gefängniszellen.

Zum Dank für ihre neu gewonnene Freiheit unterstützen sie Terrorin bei der Eroberung des Universums. Als Bomberman davon erfährt, macht er sich zusammen mit Black Bomber und einigen Louies als Partner auf die Reise, um die Fiendish Bombers wieder einzufangen und Terrorins Pläne zu durchkreuzen.

Anglais The fifth and final Bomberman released for the SNES (so far). This game is very similar to Super Bomberman 3 and 4. Again there is a new story and new battle arenas but other than that it is the same game. Players choose between the bosses of the story game levels in battle games like in Super Bomberman 4 yet they have not special powers this time around.
Espagnol El planeta Bomber era un lugar pacífico... hasta que un día, el malvado Terrorin hizo aparición. Invadiendo la carcel de Bomber, Terrorin logró liberar de prisión al grupo de villanos conocidos como los Fiendish Bombers; todos ellos acordaron ayudar a Terrorin en sus planes de conquistar el universo, a cambio de su libertad. Cuando esta noticia llegó a oídos de Bomberman, él y el Bomberman Negro, acompañados por los Rooeys, se pusieron de inmediato en camino, con el objetivo de derrotar a los Bomber criminales y detener los planes de Terrorin.

Français Super Bomberman 5 est le dernier épisode de la série Bomberman sur Super Nintendo et, tout comme son prédécesseur, il s'agit d'une exclusivité japonaise. Le jeu n'apporte pas beaucoup de nouveautés par rapport aux précédents épisodes, hormis la possibilité de sauvegarder sa progression automatiquement dans le mode histoire. A la fin de chaque niveau, plusieurs portes sont ouvertes, proposant une suite différente en fonction du chemin choisi.
Italien Il quinto e ultimo Bomberman rilasciato per SNES (finora). Questo gioco è molto simile a Super Bomberman 3 e 4. Ancora una volta c'è una nuova storia e nuove arene di battaglia, ma a parte questo è lo stesso gioco. I giocatori scelgono tra i boss dei livelli di gioco della storia nei giochi di battaglia come in Super Bomberman 4, ma questa volta non hanno poteri speciali.

Bomberman, um bomber de cor branca e personagem principal da série, deve derrotar os foragidos para poder chegar ao Imperador e restaurar a paz em seu planeta.
