Atemberaubend und schnell geht das actiongeladene Spiel los und bleibt fesselnd. Die Graphik ist cool und die Kameraperspektiven werden begeistern. Neu an diesem Spiel ist dass sich sogar im Verlaufe des Spiels die Umgebungen der Dragonball-Welt zerstören lassen - absolut realistisch. Die animierten Zwischensequenzen zeigen dass sich die Macher des Spiels viel Mühe gegeben haben das macht Dragonball zu einem kleinen Kunstwerk.

Anglais Perhaps the most popular Japanese television series in the United States at the time of release, Dragon Ball Z hits the PlayStation 2 in this 3D brawler. Just as in the anime TV show, fighting is the focus of this PS2 game. The main Story mode allows players to battle through crucial moments from theDragon Ball Z Saiyan, Namekian, and Andriod sagas, through to the Cell Games, learning new skills and upgrading their characters along the way. Other modes allow players to enter customized battles with their improved characters, to edit their characters' acquired skills, and to go head-to-head against other human-controlled fighters.
The game features seven different modes of play in all (one for each Dragon Ball), but some of the later modes must be unlocked.

Espagnol Quizás la serie de televisión japonesa más popular en los Estados Unidos en el momento de su lanzamiento, Dragon Ball Z llega a PlayStation 2 en este juego de lucha en 3D. Al igual que en el anime, la lucha es el foco de este juego de PS2. El modo Historia principal permite a los jugadores luchar a través de momentos cruciales de la historia desde las saga de los Saiyans, Namek y los Androides, hasta los Juegos de Cell, aprendiendo nuevas habilidades y mejorando a sus personajes en el camino. Otros modos permiten a los jugadores participar en batallas personalizadas con sus personajes mejorados, editar las habilidades adquiridas de sus personajes y enfrentarse cara a cara contra otros luchadores controlados por amigos.
El juego presenta siete modos de juego diferentes en total (uno para cada Dragon Ball), pero algunos de los modos posteriores deben desbloquearse.
