Allemand Master Higgins ist wieder da ‒ im zweiten Teil der klassischen Adventure Island-Serie. Diesmal haben der böse Hexendoktor und seine Schergen die ganze Insel unterjocht und außerdem noch die Liebste von Master Higgins entführt! Um sie zu retten, muss Master Higgins acht Inseln überqueren, die in mehrere ständig im Schwierigkeitsgrad steigende Level aufgeteilt sind. Im Laufe seines Abenteuers werden ihm eine Vielzahl an Monstern und Hindernissen den Weg versperren. Im letzten Level jeder Insel warten gefährliche Bossmonster auf ihn, bei denen er all sein Können unter Beweis stellen muss. Zusätzlich zu seiner bewährten Axt kann sich Master Higgins auf die Unterstützung von vier Dinosauriern verlassen, die ihm mit ihren unterschiedlichen Fähigkeiten auf seiner Reise über Land, über Wasser und sogar in der Luft zur Seite stehen. Nur Master Higgins kann mit Hilfe seiner Gefährten den Frieden auf der Insel wiederherstellen und die liebreizende Tina befreien!
