Allemand Ein Elekid lässt den Spieler (ein Pikachu) gegen ein Rattata, ein Eevee und sogar ein anderes Pikachu antreten. Das Ziel des Spiels ist es, Pikachu zum Laufen zu bringen, und es vor dem Gegner starten zu lassen, sobald Elekid das Signal gibt (das System rumpelt. Pikachu kann durch Drücken einer beliebigen Taste oder Schütteln des Systems zum Laufen gebracht werden. Wenn Pikachu vor Elekids Signal startet oder wenn Pikachu ein Rennen verliert, ist das Spiel vorbei.

Anglais An Elekid pits the player (a Pikachu) against a Rattata, an Eevee, and even another Pikachu. The object of the game is to make Pikachu start running as soon as Elekid gives the signal (the system rumbles), and make it start before its opponent. Pikachu can be made to run by pressing any button or shaking the system. If Pikachu starts before Elekid's signal, or if Pikachu loses a race, the game is over.

This minigame was emulated onto Pokémon Channel as an entire Pokémon mini cartridge.

Espagnol Un Elekid enfrenta al jugador, que controla a un Pikachu, contra un Rattata, un Eevee e incluso otro Pikachu. El objetivo del juego es hacer correr a Pikachu y lograr que arranque antes que el oponente cuando Elekid dé la señal.

El sistema vibra para indicar la salida. Pikachu puede comenzar a correr al presionar cualquier botón o agitando el dispositivo. Si Pikachu arranca antes de la señal de Elekid o pierde una carrera, el juego termina.

Français Un Elekid oppose le joueur (un Pikachu) à un Rattata, un Eevee, et même un autre Pikachu. Le but du jeu est de faire en sorte que Pikachu commence à courir dès que Elekid donne le signal (le système gronde), et qu'il commence avant son adversaire. On peut faire courir Pikachu en appuyant sur n'importe quel bouton ou en secouant le système. Si Pikachu démarre avant le signal d'Elekid, ou si Pikachu perd une course, le jeu est terminé.
