Anglais In this out-of-canon adventure of gamebook hero Kai Master Lone Wolf, the player controls the dashing adventurer scaling the interior of warlock Gorazh's sinister magic tower Kazan-Gor -- an inverted pyramid, broadening as it gets higher -- in pursuit of a Lorestone of Nyxator located at the very top. Imprisoned in his flick-screen tower, Gorazh has filled it with monsters and traps, the most insidious of which was a magic mirror, Dhazag-Oud, whose seven shards reflect back superior counterparts of whoever gazes upon them (and which subsequently result in boss battles.)

The gameplay largely skips over the choose-your-own-adventure sequences of Lone Wolf's gamebook roots and instead just initially prompts the player to select four of eight Kai skills (eg. Mindshield, Sixth Sense, Healing) to use (with restrictions) over the course of his tower travails. From there, the player controls Lone Wolf's movements, skill use and attack strategies using the keyboard controls.

Français Dans cette aventure du héros du livre de jeux Kai Master Lone Wolf, le joueur contrôle le fringant aventurier qui escalade l'intérieur de la sinistre tour magique Kazan-Gor du sorcier Gorazh - une pyramide inversée qui s'élargit au fur et à mesure qu'elle s'élève - à la poursuite d'une Lorestone de Nyxator qui se trouve tout en haut. Emprisonné dans sa tour, Gorazh l'a remplie de monstres et de pièges, dont le plus insidieux est un miroir magique, Dhazag-Oud, dont les sept éclats renvoient les contreparties supérieures de quiconque les contemple (ce qui donne lieu à des combats de boss). )

Le gameplay fait largement l'impasse sur les séquences de choix de l'aventure des livres de jeu de Lone Wolf et invite le joueur à sélectionner quatre des huit compétences Kai (par exemple Mindshield, Sixth Sense, Healing) à utiliser (avec des restrictions) au cours de ses péripéties dans la tour. À partir de là, le joueur contrôle les mouvements de Lone Wolf, l'utilisation de ses compétences et ses stratégies d'attaque à l'aide des commandes du clavier.
