Anglais Mysterious Worlds exists only as a preview version, but it already sparks curiosity. The graphics are detailed, the sound is impressive, and the addition of parallax scrolling adds extra charm to the presentation. Gameplay-wise, however, much feels unfinished – controls are frustratingly imprecise, time limits are excessive, and the level design is unforgiving: if you die after collecting all items, you lose the weapon needed for the boss and can no longer finish the level. Boss logic feels arbitrary, and the English translation of the story is barely understandable. Yet despite all its flaws, the game has an inexplicable pull – as if a hidden gem lies beneath the surface.
