Anglais King's Quest II: Romancing the Stones is a remake of King's Quest II: Romancing the Throne and a follow-up to AGD Interactive's (formerly Tierra Entertainment) earlier remake of the first game. Similar to its predecessor, it has VGA graphics reminiscent of Sierra's adventure games of the early 1990's and a new musical score. The remake retains the general outlines of the original story and the gameplay system, however contains additional locations, expanded dialogue, and new characters. Some of these characters are original, while others are taken from various installments of the series to present a more cohesive view of its overarching story.

Espagnol King's Quest II: Romancing the Stones es una nueva versión de King's Quest II: Romancing the Throne y una continuación de la nueva versión del primer juego de AGD Interactive (anteriormente Tierra Entertainment). Al igual que su predecesor, tiene gráficos VGA que recuerdan a los juegos de aventuras de Sierra de principios de los 90 y una nueva banda sonora. La nueva versión conserva las líneas generales de la historia original y el sistema de juego, sin embargo contiene ubicaciones adicionales, diálogos ampliados y nuevos personajes. Français King's Quest II : Romancing the Stones est un remake de King's Quest II : Romancing the Throne et une suite au remake du premier jeu par AGD Interactive (anciennement Tierra Entertainment). Comme son prédécesseur, il possède des graphismes VGA qui rappellent les jeux d'aventure Sierra du début des années 1990 et une nouvelle partition musicale. Le remake conserve les grandes lignes de l'histoire originale et le système de jeu, mais il contient des lieux supplémentaires, des dialogues élargis et de nouveaux personnages.
