Allemand Nachdem er im vorherigen Spiel durch die Zeit hin und her gereist ist, ist Roger Wilco zurück in der Sternenflotten-Akademie, wo er sowohl als Kadett als auch als Hausmeister dient. Nachdem er sich durch den Eignungstest der Sternenflotte gemogelt hat, erhält Roger schließlich den Rang eines Captains, sein eigenes Schiff (ein Müllschiff) und eine Mission: fremde neue Welten zu erforschen (die kein Mensch bei klarem Verstand erforschen würde), neues Leben und neue Zivilisationen zu suchen (die aus den riesigen Mengen an Müll entstanden sind, die Roger auf seinem Weg sammeln wird), kühn dorthin zu gehen, wo noch kein Mensch zuvor gewesen ist. Schritt für Schritt wird Roger ein galaxisweites Schema zur Entsorgung von biologisch gefährlichem Material aufdecken müssen, das Geheimnis des Verschwindens eines befreundeten Sternenflotten-Captains und seines Schiffes lösen und einen Agenten eines alten Erzfeindes konfrontieren.

Anglais After travelling back and forth through time on Space Quest 4, Roger Wilco is back in the Starfleet Acadamy, serving as both a cadet and a janitor (so what else is new?). Cheating his way through the Starfleet Aptitude Test, Roger is finally given the rank of captain, his own ship (a garbage scow) and a mission: to explore strange new worlds (which no man in his right mind would explore), to seek out new life and new civilizations (that grew out of the massive amounts of trash Roger will collect on his way), to boldly go where no man has gone before (fortunately for him)!
Step by step Roger will have to unveil a galaxy-wide biohazardous material dumping scheme, solve the mystery of the disappearance of a fellow Starfleet captain and his ship, and confront an agent of an old nemesis.

Français Roger Wilco, le balayeur favori de l'univers, s'est débrouillé pour réussir les examens de l'Académie de l'Espace de CosmoFed, et se retrouve aux commandes de son propre vaisseau spatial.
Au cours de son exploration dans l'espace, Roger doit faire face a des inconvénients mineurs comme une androïdesse tueuse sans pitié à la recherche de sang frais, un câlinou à face de bébé qui fait pipi de l'acide, et une horde de mutants féroces lâchés dans l'univers sur un vaisseau volé.
Et maintenant, c'est à Roger de sauver l'univers de la menace des mutants, d'arrêter son ennemi le Capitaine Quirk, et de tomber la femme de ses rêves, ou alors.... Autant En Emporte l'Ordure.
