Allemand Dieses Spiel ist eines der acht Textabenteuer, das das Leben der Charaktere aufzeichnet, bevor ihre Geschichte in Phantasy Star II weitergeht. In diesem besonderen Spiel geht es um Anna Zirski, eine Gegenjägerin. Ein Gegenjäger jagt und verhaftet Jäger, die zu Kriminellen geworden sind. Anna hat die Aufgabe, Kriminelle zu fangen, die in einer Stadt in Motavia verschanzt sind. Diesen Kriminellen wird vorgeworfen, illegal auf Mother Brain zugegriffen zu haben, um die Nahrungsmittelproduktion in dieser Region zu stören. Anna muss diesen Hackern Einhalt gebieten.
Das Gameplay besteht darin, verschiedene Orte zu erkunden, sich dort umzuschauen, um andere Charaktere zu finden, mit denen man sich unterhalten kann, um Hinweise zu erhalten, und nach Gegenständen zu suchen, die man mitnehmen kann, um sie zur Lösung von Problemen zu verwenden, was der Handlung weiterhilft.

Anglais This game is one of the eight text adventures that chronicles the lives of characters before their story continues in Phantasy Star II. This particular game covers Anna Zirski, a counter-hunter. A counter-hunter hunts down and arrests hunters who have become criminals. Anna is tasked with capturing criminals holed up in a Motavian town. These criminals are accused of illegally accessing Mother Brain in order to disrupt the food production of that region. Anna must put a stop to these hackers.

Gameplay consists of exploring various locations, looking around them to find other characters to converse with in order to gain clues, and searching for items to take in order to use them to solve problems which helps further the plot.

Some items that can be picked up can be used for weapons during combat. When in combat, the players weapon's attack power is multiplied by a random dice roll to figure out the strength of the attack. The same rule applies to the enemy combatant's attack. The goal of combat is to drain all the enemy's HP.

A jogabilidade consiste em explorar vários locais, olhar em volta para encontrar outros personagens com os quais conversar, a fim de obter pistas e procurar itens a serem usados para resolvê-los, o que ajuda ainda mais na trama.

Alguns itens que podem ser pegos podem ser usados para armas durante o combate. Quando em combate, o poder de ataque da arma dos jogadores é multiplicado por um teste de dados aleatório para descobrir a força do ataque. A mesma regra se aplica ao ataque do combatente inimigo. O objetivo do combate é drenar todo o HP do inimigo.
