Anglais Plasma Sword - Nightmare of Bilstein is the successor of Star Gladiator released for Playstation. Like it's predecessor it was first released on Arcade before ported to the Dreamcast.

The game features 22 anime-like Characters in a 3-dimensional futuristic world - except for the backgrounds and the menus, which are plain 2D-bitmaps without a lot of movement. The stages are unlimited in all directions, so it's not possible to fall of the edge. The speciality of this game are the so called "plasma moves", visually very appealing special moves filling the complete screen which can be executed when you have collected enough "plasma power". Despite of the 22 characters there are only 11 different move layouts, as one layout is shared by two characters.
Espagnol Plasma Sword en Dreamcast es un juego de lucha en 3D, secuela de Star Gladiator. Hay disponibles una veintena de personajes jugables y una docena de escenarios. El sistema de "energía de plasma" le permite enviar disparos asesinos cuando su medidor está lleno.

Il gioco presenta 22 personaggi simili ad anime in un mondo futuristico tridimensionale, ad eccezione degli sfondi e dei menu, che sono semplici bitmap 2D senza molti movimenti. Gli stadi sono illimitati in tutte le direzioni, quindi non è possibile cadere dal bordo. La specialità di questo gioco sono le cosiddette "mosse plasma", mosse speciali visivamente molto accattivanti che riempiono l'intero schermo che possono essere eseguite quando hai raccolto abbastanza "potenza plasma". Nonostante i 22 caratteri ci sono solo 11 diversi layout di mossa, poiché un layout è condiviso da due personaggi.
