Allemand Rise of the Robots ist ein 2,5D-Kampfspiel. Der Cyborg Eco35-2, halb Mensch, halb Roboter, wurde von der Firma Electrocorp erschaffen, um die Meuterei in ihrer Fabrik in Metropolis 4 zu verhindern, die sich anbahnt, nachdem einige Roboter durch die Injektion des EGO-Virus umprogrammiert wurden, wodurch sie sich ihrer Situation bewusst werden und aggressiv werden. Sie müssen also einen nach dem anderen in Duellkämpfen bekämpfen, um diese Rebellion zu stoppen.
Der Titel sollte grafisch revolutionär sein. Aber obwohl die Kampfroboter recht hübsch aussehen (mit 3D-Sprites, die in ein 2D-Universum übertragen wurden), sind die Hintergründe nur in 2D statisch und ziemlich langweilig. Anglais Rise of the Robots is a 2.5D fighting game. You play as the cyborg Eco35-2, half-man half-robot, created by the Electrocorp company, in order to counter the mutiny that is brewing in their Metropolis 4 factory, following the reprogramming of certain robots by injecting them with the EGO virus, making them aware of their situation and therefore aggressive. You will have to fight them one by one in duel battles to stop this rebellion.
The title was intended to be graphically revolutionary. But although the fighting robots are quite nice (with 3D sprites transcribed in a 2D universe), the scenery is only in dull static 2D. Also, the in-game animation is slow, even quite "heavy", directly impacting the handling.
The slowness of your robot and the varying power of the enemies (to the point that some robots are ultra powerful and atomize you in two shots) quickly make the fights unbalanced.

Juegas como el cyborg Eco35-2, mitad hombre mitad robot, creado por la empresa Electrocorp, para contrarrestar el motín que se está gestando en su fábrica Metrópolis 4, tras la reprogramación de ciertos robots inyectándoles el virus EGO, haciéndoles conscientes de su situación y, por tanto, agresivos. Tendrás que luchar contra ellos uno a uno en batallas de duelo para detener esta rebelión.
El título pretendía ser gráficamente revolucionario. Pero aunque los robots luchadores son bastante simpáticos (con sprites en 3D transcritos en un universo 2D), los escenarios sólo están en aburrido 2D estático. Además, la animación en el juego es lenta, incluso bastante "pesada", lo que repercute directamente en el manejo.
La lentitud de tu robot y el poder variable de los enemigos (hasta el punto de que algunos robots son ultrapotentes y te atomizan en dos disparos) desequilibran rápidamente los combates.

Français Rise of the Robots est un jeu de combat en 2,5D . On y incarne le cyborg Eco35-2, mi-homme mi-robot, créé par la société Electrocorp, afin de contrer la mutinerie qui se prépare dans leur usine de Metropolis 4, suite à la reprogrammation de certains robots en leur injectant le virus EGO, les rendant conscient de leur situation et donc agressif. Il faudra donc les affronter un par un dans des combats en duel pour arrêter cette rébellion.
Le titre se voulait graphiquement révolutionnaire. Mais bien que les robots de combats sont assez jolis (avec des sprites 3D retranscrits dans un univers 2D), les décors ne sont qu'en 2D statique assez ternes. Aussi, l'animation en jeu est lente, voire assez "lourde" impactant directement la maniabilité.
La lenteur de votre robot et la puissance des ennemis qui varie (au point que certains robots sont ultra puissants et vous atomisent en deux coups) rendent vite les combats déséquilibrés.

Si gioca nei panni del cyborg Eco35-2, metà uomo e metà robot, creato dalla società Electrocorp per contrastare l'ammutinamento che sta fermentando nella loro fabbrica Metropolis 4, in seguito alla riprogrammazione di alcuni robot con l'iniezione del virus EGO, che li rende consapevoli della loro situazione e quindi aggressivi. Dovrete combatterli uno per uno in battaglie a duello per fermare la ribellione.
Il titolo era destinato a essere graficamente rivoluzionario. Ma anche se i robot da combattimento sono piuttosto belli (con sprite 3D trascritti in un universo 2D), lo scenario è solo in 2D statico e noioso. Inoltre, l'animazione in-game è lenta, anche piuttosto "pesante", con un impatto diretto sulla maneggevolezza.
La lentezza del vostro robot e la potenza variabile dei nemici (al punto che alcuni robot sono ultra potenti e vi atomizzano in due colpi) rendono rapidamente i combattimenti sbilanciati.

Terá de os combater um a um em batalhas de duelo para parar esta rebelião.
O título destinava-se a ser graficamente revolucionário. Mas embora os robôs de combate sejam bastante bonitos (com sprites 3D transcritos num universo 2D), o cenário é apenas em 2D estático e sem graça. Além disso, a animação dentro do jogo é lenta, mesmo bastante "pesada", com impacto directo na manipulação.
A lentidão do seu robô e o poder variável dos inimigos (ao ponto de alguns robôs serem ultra poderosos e atomizarem-no em dois disparos) rapidamente tornam as lutas desequilibradas.
