Allemand Cleopatra Fortune wurde ursprünglich 1996 von Taito als Arcade-Titel veröffentlicht und 2001 folgte eine Sega Dreamcast-Version des japanischen Verlags Altron Corporation. Dieses Block-Drop-Puzzlespiel im Tetris-Stil, das in Cleopatra's Fortune umbenannt wurde, ist nun auch in den USA auf der PlayStation erhältlich, wobei das Gameplay fast mit dem der Vorgänger identisch ist. Spieler können aus vier Spielmodi wählen: Arcade, Versus, Mystery und Time Attack.
Unter Verwendung eines Motivs im ägyptischen Stil umfassen die Blocktypen „Stein“, „Mumie“, „Edelstein“ und „Sarkophag“ jeweils spezifische Eigenschaften und „Linien“-Anforderungen, die sich auf die Entfernung von Blöcken aus den Stapeln auswirken, die sich beim Fallen und Aufstapeln ansammeln. Blöcke können auf verschiedene Arten mithilfe von Combos, Einfriedungen, Linien und Pyramidensteinen entfernt werden. Anglais Cleopatra Fortune was originally released as an arcade title by Taito in 1996 and was followed by a Sega Dreamcast version in 2001 from Japanese publisher Altron Corporation. Renamed Cleopatra's Fortune, this block dropping Tetris-styled puzzle game now reaches the U.S. on the PlayStation with gameplay nearly identical to its predecessors. Players can select from four modes of play: Arcade, Versus, Mystery and Time Attack.
Utilizing an Egyptian-style motif, block types include Rock, Mummy, Gem, and Sarcophagus, each with specific characteristics and "line" requirements that affect removal from the stacks of blocks that accumulate as they fall and pile up. Blocks can be removed in several ways using combos, enclosures, lines, and pyramid stones. Each mode features a unique objective, ranging from solving 50 Sphinx riddles in Mystery mode to the frenetic ten-stage action of Time Attack.

Les joueurs peuvent choisir entre quatre modes de jeu : Arcade, Versus, Mystère et Time Attack.
Le jeu utilise des blocs (Rock, Mummy, Gem, et Sarcophagus) avec des motifs de style égyptien. Chacun possède des caractéristiques spécifiques et doivent s'empiler en constituant des lignes. Chaque mode de jeu comporte un objectif unique allant de la résolution de 50 énigmes du Sphinx en mode Mystère à l'action frénétique en dix étapes de l'Attaque temporelle.
