Anglais A spin-off in the Sotsugyō/Graduation series, this game is just what its title implies: graduation with real people. Instead of anime-style portraits of school girls, there are pictures (and a few full motion videos) of real Japanese young women. Gameplay follows the same formula as the other graduation games: as a high school teacher, the player's task is to successfully lead five high school girls to their graduation. Most of the activities consist of making schedules, organizing classes, and giving assignments to the girls. It is necessary to know the strength and the weaknesses of each girl, in order to choose correct activities. The teacher supervises not only everything the girls do in the school, but also some of their activities during leisure time, including making plans for the holidays.

Espagnol Este juego, spin-off de la serie Sotsugyō/Graduation, es justo lo que su título indica: graduaciones con personas reales. En lugar de retratos anime de colegialas, hay fotos (y algunos vídeos a cámara completa) de jóvenes japonesas reales. El juego sigue la misma fórmula que los demás juegos de graduación: como profesor de instituto, la tarea del jugador es llevar con éxito a cinco chicas de instituto a su graduación. La mayoría de las actividades consisten en hacer horarios, organizar las clases y dar tareas a las chicas. Es necesario conocer los puntos fuertes y débiles de cada chica, para elegir las actividades correctas. La profesora supervisa no sólo todo lo que las chicas hacen en la escuela, sino también algunas de sus actividades durante el tiempo libre, incluida la elaboración de planes para las vacaciones.

Italien Sotsugyou R - Graduation Real è una conversione dell'omonimo gioco per PCFX (comunque la prima versione del gioco era per PC98 nel 1992). La parola sotsugyou significa laurea. Nel gioco il giocatore veste i panni dell'insegnante di nuova nomina che arriva in un liceo e cercherà di aiutare le 5 ragazze a laurearsi e passare all'università, e magari durante il gioco a seconda delle scelte del giocatore se ne innamorerà una di loro e sposarla. Invece della classica grafica dei cartoni animati in 2D, il gioco utilizza immagini di attori reali.
nnDurante ogni settimana fornirà alle ragazze diversi studi per migliorare le loro statistiche e durante i fine settimana potrà andare in altri posti. Ci saranno diversi eventi (nella scuola e fuori) e situazioni che lo faranno apprezzare più o meno da lei.
